At Windwood Events we offer unique wedding arbours, perfect for any wedding ceremony. With a selection of different styles to choose from, you can really show off your style from the moment your guests first arrive.

Our wedding arbour hire can be done as DIY or can be fully styled and set up for you. If we don't have an arbour that suits your style we can custom make you your own unique design.


WEDDING DAY PERSONAL ASSISTANT

3 1/2 hours service

The Wedding Day PA is perfect for the organised couple who just need an extra set of hands to take care of any little details they don’t have time to deal with on the day.

This can include doing pick-ups and deliveries, managing your suppliers at the ceremony or venue or even just grabbing the bridal party some champagne.

This package includes

  • One Wedding Planner.
  • Unlimited phone and email contact with your Wedding Planner after booking of services.
  • Initial face to face meeting two weeks prior, to discuss every aspect of your wedding day and your expectations for the day. 
  • Timeline review of the day.
  • 3 1/2 hours service on the day.
 

HALF DAY COORDINATION

6 hours service

With a little more coverage than the Wedding Day PA, this package allows you to decide where you need assistance the most.

Perhaps you need the ceremony and the reception set up, or you require assistance at the church with handing out booklets, greeting guests or cueing your entrance. Whatever the need, you have 6 hours of our time, on the day to put our skills to use.

This package includes

  • One Wedding Planner.
  • Initial face to face meeting to discuss every aspect of your wedding and your expectations for the day.
  • Unlimited phone and email contact with your Wedding Planner after initial meeting
  • Ceremony and venue site inspection.
  • Timeline review of the day.
  • Creation and distribution of your run sheet/timeline for suppliers.
  • Confirmation of all suppliers the week of your wedding.
  • Responsible for any set up requirements, not looked after by the venue such as place cards, guest book, wishing well, guest favours and signage, if required.
  • Oversee set up of ceremony area, and look after any set up requirements not looked after by your suppliers, such as welcome sign, ceremony booklets, if required.
  • Main point of contact for your chosen suppliers and guests on the wedding day.
  • Attending to the Bride, Groom, Bridal party and close family as required.
  • 6 hours service on the day.
 

FULL DAY COORDINATION

10 hours service

Well done....you have planned and organised your special day. This package allows you to hand over all of the responsibility and decision making to an experienced Wedding Coordinator. From our initial contact, we will step in and manage all of the details leading up to and on the day of your wedding, turning your anticipation of the day from stressed to excited.

This package includes

  • One Wedding Planner.
  • Initial face to face meeting to discuss every aspect of your wedding and your expectations for the day.
  • Unlimited phone and email contact with your Wedding Planner after initial meeting.
  • Attendance at one wedding rehearsal.
  • Ceremony and venue site inspection prior to wedding.
  • Access to a list of our reliable and trustworthy suppliers, plus sourcing of extra suppliers, if required.
  • Assistance with your floor plan and seating arrangements
  • Set up a personal Pinterest account under Windwood Events to help inspire your wedding style.
  • Creation and distribution of your run sheet/timeline for suppliers.
  • Confirmation of your suppliers one month out, then a final comfirmation of your details, the week of your wedding.
  • Liaising and coordinating with your suppliers to confirm all your details and timelines  (i.e. venue, celebrant/priest, florist, décor/furniture, photographers, cake, DJ/band, catering, drink/bar service, transport etc).
  • Oversee set up of ceremony area, and look after any set up requirements not looked after by your suppliers, such as welcome sign, ceremony booklets, if required.
  • Provide support on the day for you, your suppliers and guests, to ensure your day runs smoothly.
  • Responsible for any set up requirements not looked after by the venue such as place cards, guest book, wishing well, guest favours and signage, if required.
  • Overall time keeping and main point of contact for all your chosen suppliers, as well as for see and troubleshoot any mishaps.
  • Greet and usher guests, if required.
  • Coordinate the ceremony procession line up and music.
  • Attending to the Bride, Groom, Bridal party and close family, as required.
  • Work with the musician and MC to coordinate the bridal entrance, speeches, cutting of the cake and first dance.
  • Oversee service staff in the food and beverage service.
  • 10 hours service on the day.
 

SET UP & PACK DOWN 

Windwood Events loves what we do and understands what it takes to create and set up a beautiful wedding, this is why for a hassle free wedding day,  the last thing you want is to be managing the set up and pack down of your big day. Windwood Events offers a same day set up/pack down service, which means your wedding ceremony and or venue will be set up, ready and waiting for you and your guests to arrive, then packed away once finished.  As all couples have different needs, all of our pricing is tailored according to your particular requirements, size and location of your wedding.
