We want you to have a memorable experience and enjoy our hire items, but all bookings are subject to the below hire terms and conditions.
Arbours, Chairs and Wedding Props
All Arbours, Chairs and Wedding Props are considered to be in good condition, but may show signs of wear and tear as they are continually hired. If you require a custom made arbour, then you cover the cost of the material, labour and the delivery fee, but we remain owners of the arbour.
Windwood Events requires 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your item. Then remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Payments & Hire Fees
Unless prior arrangements are made between Woodwinds Events and the hirer(s), the total invoice must be paid one (1) month before delivery. In a case where this does not happen, the hire items will not be released and your deposit is non-refundable.
If you wish to make a booking in less than one (1) month before you require the hire items, then the full price of the hire items is to be paid before your booking can be confirmed.
All quotes provided expire within seven (7) calendar days. We reserve the right to adjust the price of any quotation once the expiry period has been reached. Our hire items are hired on a “first come, first served” basis and the quotation does not guarantee the availability of any of the equipment.
If you need to cancel your booking, one (1) month’s notice, before delivery, must be given or a total of the 100% of the bill will be invoiced to the hirer(s) stated on the invoice.
Cancellations are requested in writing by email by the hirer(s) on the invoice. Your deposit of 20% of your invoice is non-refundable.
Forms of Payment
Direct deposit is our preferred payment method. All invoices must be paid in full before delivery.
Delivery is required for all our hire items. The delivery fee includes delivery, set up and pack down.
Please note that all prices of delivery are depended on the location of the event and are at Windwood Events discretion.
Hire rates are based on the day of hire, if you require the hire items for a longer period, extra hirer rates will be added to the invoice.
There must be a site contact at all times during delivery and collection days. You must provide us with the name(s) of this person(s) and contact details. Drop of access must be arranged by the hirer(s) prior to the driver arriving. Help may be required to lift the hire items on arrival.
Once the hire items have been delivered the hirer(s) assumes all responsibility until they have been collected by Windwood Events.
The hirer(s) is responsible in maintaining all appropriate policies of insurance, covering liability.
